With a simple homemade aluminum ring and a balloon you can do this amazing experiment. Rub the balloon on your shirt and then bring it near the aluminum ring. The ring gets attracted to the balloon by induction but then gets repelled when electrons transfer. If the electrons discharge from the ring by touching a ground, like a pole connected to a table, the ring will shoot back toward the balloon for another round.
